What you will do

• Analyze BTI business performance to surface actionable insights and drive implementation.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools to power fact-based decision making.
• Own project workstreams from structuring problems to communicating findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT teams and data scientists to ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency.
• Act as a subject-matter expert on the company's data infrastructure and analytic tools.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience analyzing large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or Economics.
• Technical proficiency in Advanced Excel, Intermediate SQL, Python or R, and PowerBI.
• Proven track record of solving complex problems and using data to tell a story.
• U.S. work authorization.
• Residence within proximity to Stamford, CT or Irving, TX.
