What you will do

• Design and execute functional in vitro CAR-T assays.
• Perform phenotypic analysis of T cell differentiation, activation, and memory subsets.
• Evaluate CAR-T cell trafficking and tumor infiltration in vivo using flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry.
• Handle and engineer human and murine T cells and cancer cell lines.
• Analyze and interpret experimental data while maintaining detailed records.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• PhD in Immunology, Immuno-Oncology, or related field (completed within the past 3 years preferred).
• Experience with primary human T cell isolation, activation, and lentiviral transduction.
• Proficiency in multicolor flow cytometry and standard molecular biology techniques (PCR/qPCR, Western blot).
• Experience with humanized mouse models and in vivo CAR-T evaluation.
• Experience with solid tumor indications and organoid cancer models.
