What you will do

• Lead and support a team responsible for financial applications, delivery, and ongoing support.
• Own the technology direction and roadmap for finance, payment, billing, and procurement systems.
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and define scalable solutions.
• Strengthen governance practices including intake, prioritization, change management, and documentation.
• Manage financial and resource commitments, including budget planning and capacity management.
• Drive modernization efforts through automation, analytics, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• University degree or college diploma in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong experience leading teams in complex enterprise application environments.
• Must have resided in Canada for at least 5 years.
• Must hold Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizenship status.
• Must be able to obtain Reliability Status Clearance (Enhanced Level B).
• English proficiency is required for daily collaboration.

• Experience with financial systems, payment processing, billing, or reporting tools.
• Knowledge of application modernization, automation, data integration, or cloud-based solutions.
