What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new patients via phone and email, guiding them through initial enrollment steps.
• Support patients in completing onboarding tasks in the Core platform and track progress to reduce drop-off during sign-up.
• Register and onboard a high volume of new patients primarily by phone, collecting required information (e.g., insurance details and ID cards).
• Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for hirify.global programs.
• Perform proactive outreach to help patients complete outstanding onboarding steps.
• Share patient experience feedback with internal teams to improve operational tools.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of inbound phone experience in a fast-paced healthcare setting, patient enrollment, or high-volume customer service role.
• Ability to manage a high volume of tasks independently while meeting enrollment targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with empathy and clarity for diverse patient populations.
• Ability to stay calm and professional during challenging calls or technical hurdles.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to adapt to evolving technologies and platforms (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace, EMR systems).
