What you will do

• Process new patient referrals and validate insurance eligibility and copay requirements.
• Conduct virtual outreach to educate and excite patients about organizational programs.
• Coordinate the full enrollment process, including scheduling with clinical teams and device ordering.
• Maintain accurate patient information and documentation within EHR and workflow systems.
• Provide empathetic support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare team members.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless patient transitions and program participation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or direct patient-facing roles.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fully virtual environment with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in managing administrative tasks and data entry.

Nice to have

• Associates or Bachelors degree in a health-related field.
