What you will do

• Coordinate and deliver research projects related to pricing, reimbursement, and market access.
• Conduct quantitative analyses using formulary coverage, prescription volume, and sales data.
• Perform secondary desk research and conduct primary research through in-depth interviews.
• Synthesize complex findings into clear, structured, and client-ready presentations.
• Support senior team members in client meetings, proposal development, and pitch materials.
• Contribute to internal process improvements and innovative solutions for client engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3+ years of relevant pharma-bio experience, or MS/MBA with 1+ year of experience.
• Strong understanding of the bio-pharma market access landscape and commercialization process.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience working with both quantitative and qualitative data.
• Familiarity with basic AI tools like ChatGPT.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop clear story flows.
