What you will do

• Supervise compounding personnel, including pharmacy technicians and support staff.
• Perform and document compounding procedures, quality assurance checks, and dispensing activities.
• Verify formula records, beyond use dates, and finished compounded products.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and monitor the compounding environment.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, USP, BOP, and FDA regulations.
• Conduct patient consultations and manage error documentation.

Requirements

• Active Pharmacist License in Arizona required.
• Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy.
• 2+ years of pharmacist experience.
• Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws, specifically USP <795> and <800>.
• Ability to wear required PPE and respiratory protection (must be able to undergo respirator fit testing).
• Must be able to work on-site in Gilbert, Arizona.

Nice to have

• Mail Service or Mail Order pharmacy experience.
• Multi-state pharmacy licensure.
