What you will do

• Dispense medications and ensure accurate interpretation, labeling, and product selection of prescriptions.
• Perform pharmacist duties including drug utilization reviews, patient counseling, and dispensing activities.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians' workflow, verifying the preparation and labeling of pharmaceuticals.
• Maintain security and privacy rules regarding protected health information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA.
• Adhere to state and federal pharmacy regulations, including FDA and state pharmacy board rules.
• Drive quality efforts by strictly following standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Active Pharmacist License in Arizona.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• 2+ years of pharmacist experience.
• Proficiency in English, verbal and written.
• Effective knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws, rules, and regulations.
• Ability to work flexible shift times.
