What you will do

• Assist with ad SDK integrations, mediation, and placement configurations within mobile games.
• Develop operational automations including reporting scripts, alerts, and data pipeline tasks.
• Review app-side ad logic and prototype optimizations for serving performance.
• Monitor monetization metrics such as eCPM, fill rate, and ARPDAU to derive actionable insights.
• Support the execution and analysis of A/B tests to validate new monetization strategies.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to align technical work with business goals.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong programming fundamentals with proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Ability to analyze messy datasets and extract meaningful insights.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.
• Analytical mindset with a strong interest in AI and its application in daily tasks.

Nice to have

• Exposure to mobile development (iOS, Android, Unity) or ad mediation SDKs.
• Experience building data pipelines or internal tools.
• Familiarity with BI tools like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
