Decision Analytics Analyst (Data Analytics)

What you will do

• Develop and apply advanced statistical models to analyze dynamic business issues.
• Use data and analytical techniques to guide client and internal decision-making.
• Design custom analyses using R, Tableau, SAS, Visual Basic, and Excel.
• Synthesize findings and communicate results through written and oral presentations.
• Develop client relationships, provide project updates, and create project deliverables.
• Implement solutions, strengthen problem-solving capabilities, and mentor Associates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline, with strong quantitative and analytical coursework such as statistics, data science, econometrics, operations research, mathematics, or engineering.
• Up to 3 years of relevant post-collegiate experience.
• Fluency in English required.
• Knowledge of programming, such as Java, Python, or R.
• Exposure to Hadoop ecosystem and database systems.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, organization, adaptability, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
