Focus on validating and reconciling disclosures, improving reporting systems through analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions, and leading testing and deployment activities.
Location: São Paulo, Brazil; additional job posting locations include Bogotá, Colombia and São José dos Campos, Brazil.

What you will do
- Support accurate, complete, and timely transparency disclosures across assigned business units and systems.
- Prepare, validate, reconcile, and submit disclosures in line with regional and local requirements.
- Maintain reporting methodologies, control frameworks, risk assessments, audit readiness activities, and remediation plans.
- Monitor emerging transparency regulations, industry codes, and disclosure requirements.
- Design and implement process, system, and reporting improvements using analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Lead testing, change management, deployment, documentation, and knowledge management activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
- Strong analytical, communication, critical-thinking, and business-oriented skills.
- Experience with databases and reporting tools, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
- Integrity, intellectual curiosity, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality.
Nice to have
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
- Experience with transparency disclosures such as EFPIA, MedTech Europe, CMS Open Payments Reporting, or state reporting.
- Experience designing or implementing new systems and tools.
- Experience with Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, SQL, Power Platform, SharePoint, or similar technologies.
