Global Operations & Reporting Internship

Location: Hybrid in Sao Leopoldo, Brazil

What you will do

• Support staffing and capacity planning for Customer Onboarding Advisors.
• Create and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual performance and operational reports.
• Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and process improvement opportunities.
• Optimize workflows, documentation, and reporting frameworks.
• Collaborate with global teams to improve alignment and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Be a student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or another analytical field.
• Experience or interest in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, SAP BW, or Tableau.
• Ability to organize and improve internal processes, analyze data, and develop meaningful insights.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English is required.
• Ability to work in the hybrid Sao Leopoldo role.
