What you will do

• Act as the primary talent advisor to the CEO and US leadership team on senior-level searches.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for executive and specialist roles in the SF market.
• Build and maintain deep talent networks across engineering, product, design, and commercial functions.
• Develop and implement hiring tools, processes, and rhythms tailored for a high-growth startup environment.
• Track market intelligence on compensation and talent movement to maintain a competitive hiring edge.
• Collaborate with the global TA team to integrate US market insights into the broader company strategy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of recruiting experience with significant time spent in the SF Bay Area market.
• Proven track record in senior and leadership-level searches.
• Deep understanding of the SF tech ecosystem, including compensation norms and competitor landscapes.
• Experience hiring across both technical and commercial functions.
• Ability to influence at the C-suite level while maintaining a human-centric candidate experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build a hiring function from the ground up.
