What you will do

• Design core treatment categories end-to-end, from intake to ongoing care.
• Translate complex clinical requirements into clear, calm, and human-centric user experiences.
• Utilize AI tools for faster prototyping, research synthesis, and generative ideation.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and Clinical teams to navigate tradeoffs.
• Contribute to and evolve design systems and shared patterns.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of product design experience on consumer-facing products.
• Proven ability to own discrete features or flows from end to end.
• Strong UX instincts for high-trust contexts such as health, finance, or identity.
• Active proficiency with AI tools in the daily design process.
• Expertise in Figma for systematic and clean design.
• Must be based in Toronto, Canada

Nice to have

• Experience in telehealth, pharma, or healthcare, especially in sensitive categories.
• Background in building 0–1 products at a startup.
• Hands-on experience building or evaluating AI-powered product features.
