What you will do

• Design and build an AI-native migration product to move data, configurations, and workflows with minimal manual intervention.
• Use coding agents to accelerate migration script scaffolding and generate/validate transformation logic.
• Integrate coding agents into the product to support customizations, automated testing, and validation.
• Use BA agents to analyze customer environments, extract migration requirements, and surface edge cases early.
• Turn migration learnings into reusable product capabilities (patterns, templates, and automation) that generalize across customers.
• Deliver high-quality engineering outcomes across quality, security, scalability, modifiability, extensibility, and testability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience using one or more high-level languages (C#, Java, Python, Rust, etc.).
• Strong object-oriented programming skills and architectural design patterns.
• Strong knowledge of multithreading, synchronization, and asynchronous programming.
• Deep understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience across the full software development life cycle and ability to produce well-tested, high-quality code.
• Hands-on experience with coding agents and AI-assisted development, or strong interest in adopting them to build and iterate on the toolkit.
