What you will do

• Collaborate with the team to understand business requirements and configure solutions accordingly.
• Test and validate configurations to ensure they meet business and functional expectations.
• Design and develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) with senior engineers to validate feasibility and effectiveness.
• Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date configuration documentation.
• Stay current with trends, tools, and technologies, and recommend enhancements or optimizations based on feedback.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience as a Configuration Engineer, QA Engineer, Software Engineer, or similar technical role.
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Business Information, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Python.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Angular concepts.
• Knowledge of BPMN platforms (e.g., Appian, Camunda, IBM, Pega) is required.
• Strong collaboration skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
