What you will do

• Implement SRE culture to maintain high-quality platform infrastructure for SaaS products.
• Leverage AI tools for intelligent observability, incident prediction, and automated remediation.
• Define and support CI/CD pipelines aligned with quality assurance strategies.
• Optimize application performance and scalability to maintain SLOs and SLAs.
• Automate operational runbooks and infrastructure management using Infrastructure as Code.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations and lead production incident triage and RCA.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing and maintaining cloud infrastructure in Azure or AWS.
• 5+ years of experience writing software in C# .NET or Java.
• 5+ years of experience creating automated deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
• 5+ years of experience implementing production monitoring and alerting.
• 5+ years of experience writing automation scripts in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and Terraform.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications or training in AI, Cloud AI services, or AIOps platforms.
• Experience monitoring and preventing issues with databases like SQL or Cosmos.
