What you will do

• Design and build an AI-native migration product for moving data, configurations, and workflows onto the platform with minimal manual intervention.
• Use coding agents to accelerate migration script scaffolding and generate/validate transformation logic.
• Integrate agent capabilities into the product to support migration process assistance, customizations, and automated testing/validation.
• Use BA agents to analyze customer environments, extract migration requirements, and surface edge cases early.
• Generalize learnings from individual migrations into reusable product capabilities (patterns, templates, automation).
• Ensure engineering deliverables meet quality, security, scalability, modifiability, extensibility, and testability expectations; identify bottlenecks and fix bugs.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience using one or more high-level languages (C#, Java, Python, Rust, etc.).
• Strong OOP skills and architectural design patterns.
• Deep knowledge of multithreading, synchronization, and asynchronous programming.
• Strong data structures and algorithms knowledge.
• Experience across the full software development life cycle and ability to deliver well-tested, high-quality code.
• Hands-on experience with coding agents and AI-assisted development, or strong interest in adopting them to build and iterate on the toolkit.
