Senior Agiloft Configurations & Process Analyst (CLM): Designing and implementing configuration enhancements and integration workstreams for the Agiloft platform with an accent on workflow improvements and business requirements translation. Focus on building scalable technical solutions, managing UAT cycles, and ensuring operational readiness for enterprise system integrations.

Location: Hybrid (3 days per week from Warsaw office, 2 days remote)

Salary: 164,200.00 PLN - 205,200.00 PLN

What you will do

• Lead requirement gathering and discovery sessions for configuration enhancements and workflow improvements.
• Deliver updates to Agiloft tables, workflows, rules, permissions, and UI/UX components.
• Define functional requirements for integrations between Agiloft and external enterprise applications.
• Develop comprehensive test cases and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and process diagrams.
• Provide change management support, including training content and readiness assessments for deployments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in configurations and integrations, preferably within Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
• 2+ years of experience with Agiloft configurations (training may be provided for exceptional candidates).
• Hands-on experience creating workflows, tables, rules, and UI customizations.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Warsaw office.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise systems such as OneTrust, SAP, Ariba, Workday, or Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or other backlog management tools.
• Knowledge of master data flow, vendor lifecycle processes, and contract management.
