What you will do

• Monitor daily order fulfillment processes across the warehouse network.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors.
• Establish and track KPIs to monitor vendor performance and internal fulfillment efficiency.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication with procurement, finance, and operations teams.
• Manage vendor onboarding and maintain accurate system records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and enhance operational accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain coordination, vendor management, or procurement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• English proficiency required, plus knowledge of Russian, German, or Polish.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
