What you will do

• Execute local marketing initiatives for riders and drivers across the UK and Ireland to drive growth.
• Manage multi-channel communications, including social media, push notifications, emails, and blog posts.
• Localize global campaigns to ensure authentic messaging and brand consistency for regional audiences.
• Collaborate with central marketing teams (Performance, Design, Brand, etc.) to implement multi-channel strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance using marketing metrics and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Relevant marketing experience, preferably with app-based platforms or consumer brands.
• Hands-on experience in social media management, including content planning and audience growth.
• Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals and performance metrics (CAC, CPM, CPA, CTR, LTV).
• Fluent English proficiency (C1+).
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications.
• Proficiency with AI tools to optimize marketing workflows.
