What you will do

• Own the end-to-end social content calendar across X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn for ElevenLabs and ElevenCreative.
• Record and edit native social assets using tools like Screen Studio, adding text and motion overlays.
• Grow and manage the Discord community, fostering engagement and surfacing user feedback.
• Plan and execute strategic content for product launches, feature releases, and company milestones.
• Collaborate with AI creative producers and partnership teams to amplify creator content.
• Analyze platform performance and native dashboards to refine strategy and brand voice.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing social media for a technology or creative tools company.
• Ability to perform lightweight video editing and content formatting for diverse platforms.
• Strong copywriting skills for creating sharp, platform-native copy.
• Proficiency in social analytics and translating data into content decisions.
• Deep understanding of the AI and creative tools landscape.
• Must be able to work in a remote, global environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with creative tools such as Adobe, Canva, Figma, or Runway.
• Proven track record of growing a Discord community.
• Experience with social management tools like Sprout Social, Later, or Buffer.
• Experience leading social rebrands or building presence from an early stage.
• Multilingual capabilities.
