Restaurant Manager (Hospitality)

Location: Bulgari Resort Ranfushi, Maldives

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus 4 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, hospitality, or a related area; or a relevant 2-year degree plus 2 years of experience.
• Experience supervising restaurant, bar/lounge, or room service operations.
• Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, service standards, and applicable liquor regulations.
• Leadership, communication, coaching, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.

What you will do

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, staffing levels, shift activities, and employee performance.
• Maintain food and beverage service, sanitation, and compliance standards across restaurant, bar/lounge, and room service areas.
• Lead, coach, train, and develop food and beverage employees while supporting productivity and retention.
• Ensure exceptional guest service, handle complaints, gather feedback, and implement corrective actions.
• Assist servers and hosts during peak periods and supervise shifts in the absence of the Assistant Restaurant Manager.
• Oversee departmental purchasing, invoice payments, and other financial activities.
