Salary: $140,000 – $187,000 per year

What you will do

• Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital workshop operations platforms, including appointment and service tracking.
• Own end-to-end product development from discovery and requirements definition to delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Translate complex operational workflows into clear technical requirements, product specifications, and automated system logic.
• Partner with engineering teams and vendors to design scalable API integrations and reliable digital experiences.
• Manage API integrations, data synchronization, and migration activities across connected platforms to ensure data accuracy.
• Establish operational readiness criteria, support product rollouts, and monitor performance via KPIs and dashboards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience focused on technical platforms, system integrations, or operational software.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, cloud platforms, and data integration patterns (REST/SOAP, JSON, XML).
• Proven experience delivering service operations tools, workshop management systems, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Ability to use dashboards, logs, metrics, and basic SQL for analytical problem-solving.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in automotive aftersales, workshop operations, or dealership management systems (DMS).
• MBA or advanced technical degree.
• Experience delivering 0–1 products in startup, transformation, or pre-launch environments.
