What you will do

• Prepare and maintain high-quality backlog items and clear acceptance criteria for sprint cycles.
• Break down complex business ideas into logical, incremental work packages.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and resolve blockers to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and analytics teams to ensure actionable requirements.
• Apply AI tools to improve requirement quality, scenario coverage, and delivery speed.
• Identify risks, assumptions, and gaps early in the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• 2-4 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an Agile/SAFe environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Agile certification required.
• Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data dependencies.
• Knowledge of automotive F&I industry and digital retailing concepts.
