What you will do

• Execute employer branding initiatives to strengthen the talent brand across key hiring markets.
• Create compelling written and visual content for LinkedIn, careers pages, social media, blogs, and videos.
• Build relationships with universities and MBA programs to develop early-career talent pipelines.
• Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and office openings.
• Collaborate with founders and leadership to transform company milestones into engaging brand content.
• Leverage AI tools to optimize content creation and campaign execution.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding.
• Strong copywriting skills and proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven experience working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
• English fluency required.
• Based in Spain (preferred).
• Willingness to travel for events, office launches, and university activities.

Nice to have

• Experience with university recruitment, graduate hiring, or internship programs.
