Sr Analyst - Finance Technology (Oracle Cloud ERP)

Location: Dublin, Ohio, United States; at least 4 days per week in the office

Salary: $81,000–$138,000 annually, plus a target annual bonus of 10% of base salary.

Wendy’s is a large restaurant brand operating more than 7,000 restaurants worldwide, with restaurant support functions based at its Dublin, Ohio, Restaurant Support Center.

What you will do

• Support Oracle Cloud ERP/EPM, OnBase, BlackLine, Vertex, and other finance systems.
• Maintain system updates, account and cost center requests, reports, access troubleshooting, data loads, and General Ledger allocations.
• Lead requirements gathering and recommend design decisions for finance technology projects, digital initiatives, and accounting standard changes.
• Manage the month-end financial systems close process, including loading, consolidating, and distributing financial statements while verifying accuracy.
• Coordinate testing for projects, enhancements, patches, and upgrades, and communicate requirements between Finance, IT, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Legal, and other partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Technology, Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience with Oracle Financial products in Accounting, IT, or preferably both.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Cloud EPM, Looker, BI Publisher, OTBI, Financial Reporting Studio, Essbase, and SmartView.
• Experience creating test plans, mapping projects, and improving business processes.
• Strong analytical, technical, organizational, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Work in the Dublin, Ohio office at least four days per week is required.
