What you will do

• Develop Platform SDK capabilities so developers can build custom automations, UI panels, and integrations indistinguishable from native features.
• Build and evolve Custom Objects to support tenant-defined object types with fields, relationships, lifecycle, reporting, API access, and permissions.
• Implement and scale an Extension Marketplace with distribution, review, versioning, and multi-tenant safety for third-party extensions.
• Deliver an AI-Native Extension Builder that turns user descriptions into real Platform SDK code embedded in the product.
• Design, develop, and deploy GraphQL APIs consumed by external developers, internal squads, and AI systems.
• Ensure extension sandboxing is safe and reliable so extensions can’t take down the rest of the application.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the JavaScript web ecosystem (TypeScript is a strong advantage).
• Experience with React.
• Experience with Node.js.
• Proven experience building with coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, etc.).
• Strong judgment for sustainable long-term architectural decisions.
• Team player with impeccable work ethic.

Nice to have

• Experience designing developer-facing APIs, SDKs, or plugin/extension systems.
• Experience with sandboxing, Web Workers, or isolated execution environments.
• Experience with GraphQL.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools/LLM-based code generation and AI product design (failure modes, edge cases, user trust).
• Interest or expertise in functional programming.
