What you will do

• Design, develop, and own major product features across the full stack from initial design to launch.
• Build and optimize the Northbeam dashboard for surfacing core marketing analytics.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Customer Success teams to scope and build user-centric solutions.
• Lead high-impact projects involving multiple stakeholders to drive significant business growth.
• Optimize web application speed and render times for best-in-class performance.
• Create standardized technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building frontend and backend systems with TypeScript.
• 3+ years of experience with modern component-based libraries such as React.
• Proficiency in SQL and BigQuery.
• Experience creating API services using REST and GraphQL.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Proven ability to mentor other engineers and drive rapid development with high autonomy.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience building design systems or working with data visualization.
• Experience optimizing frontends for large datasets and loading times.
• Professional background in marketing, e-commerce, or ad-tech.
