What you will do

• Own the credit card growth funnel end-to-end, identifying performance drivers and user behavior insights.
• Analyze data to optimize conversion paths and prioritize product investments.
• Develop and execute an experimentation roadmap to improve acquisition and engagement.
• Partner with Engineering and Design teams to launch new product experiences.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Credit, and Compliance teams to develop new acquisition channels.
• Measure the impact of initiatives and refine strategies based on performance data.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• 3–4+ years of experience in product management, consulting, or analytical roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical or technical discipline.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience defining metrics and guiding decisions.
• Proficiency with SQL is required.
• Experience delivering complex, cross-functional product initiatives.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, Amplitude, or Tableau.
• Background in technology startups or financial services.
