• Manage and mentor a growing team of product managers while maintaining ownership of key areas.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and external financial partners to deliver scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• Proven experience leading consumer product strategy with measurable business impact.
• Strong track record in fintech or consumer financial products, including regulatory knowledge.
• Experience with AI-powered products and emerging technology.
• Previous experience managing and developing other product managers.
• Analytical rigor and ability to use data to validate hypotheses and guide decisions.
