Senior Analyst/Associate (Digital Assets)

What you will do

• Provide Compliance coverage for the Digital Assets business across EMEA and act as a key contact for on-chain, counterparty, and transaction-related risks.
• Advise on digital asset and distributed ledger technology product lifecycles, including design, governance, control implementation, and supervision.
• Design and manage risk and compliance controls for tokenized capital markets, digital money solutions, and other new products and technologies.
• Monitor UK, European, and global regulatory developments and translate them into actionable EMEA compliance frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-border regulatory responses and support regulatory examinations, audits, remediation, and escalations.
• Develop firmwide Compliance networks and provide solutions for cross-business and cross-regional risks.

Requirements

• Senior Analyst or Associate-level experience with at least two years of professional experience in a relevant field.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Law, Finance, Economics, or Technology preferred.
• Experience in a core Compliance function at a Tier-1 bank or broker-dealer is highly desirable.
• Technical understanding of blockchain technology, tokenization, smart contracts, and on-chain mechanics.
• Familiarity with UK FCA, PRA, and BoE rules; European MiCA and TATF; and global SEC, CFTC, GENIUS Act, and Clarity Act developments.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, project management, and time management skills, including the ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and manage multiple initiatives.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CAMS, ICA, or CISI.
• Previous experience in the Digital Assets industry.
