What you will do

• Collaborate with clients to translate business requirements into effective, optimized Workday solutions.
• Execute high-quality delivery and completion rates on client engagements using industry best practices.
• Develop and implement change management strategies, including communications, testing, and training programs.
• Configure Workday HCM or Finance modules to align with specific organizational needs.
• Utilize Workday tools such as Report Writer, calculated fields, EIB, and Core Connectors.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Workday Paradox Certification or Workday Recruiting Certification is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on Workday implementation experience in a client-facing role.
• Proficiency in configuring Workday HCM or Finance modules (e.g., Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll).
• Experience across all phases of the implementation lifecycle: requirements, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, HR, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Technical experience implementing Paradox, HiredScore, Oracle, SAP, Workato, or Jitterbit.
• Active Workday Certification in one or more HCM or Finance modules.
• Additional 2+ years of professional client-facing consulting experience.
