What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of Workday HCM modules, specifically Absence Management and Global Time Tracking.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Workday EIBs, managing high-volume data uploads and complex transformations.
• Support and enhance the broader Workday ecosystem, including Talent, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, and Core HCM.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable global solutions.
• Build and maintain complex calculated fields, matrix reports, and dashboards for leadership insights.
• Develop documentation and conduct global training sessions to promote best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HRIS experience, with 3+ years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration.
• Proven track record of configuring Absence Management in a global environment.
• Advanced skills in building and executing Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs).
• Domain knowledge of EMEA labor laws, statutory absence types, and payroll integration.
• Mastery of Reporting, Security, and Calculated Fields.
• Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
