What you will do

• Develop and execute the US paid media strategy across the full funnel (touch, tell, sell).
• Manage end-to-end digital acquisition via paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and Amazon Ads.
• Drive qualified traffic to hirify.global.com and Amazon, collaborating with HQ on conversion optimization.
• Establish a data-driven measurement foundation using GA4, GTM, BigQuery, and Looker.
• Create and optimize creative briefs for content based on performance signals and brand guidelines.
• Implement global brand and product launches specifically tailored for the US market.

Requirements

• Proven track record of owning paid acquisition budgets and hitting CAC and ROAS targets.
• Hands-on expertise in paid search, paid social, and Amazon Ads.
• Experience in DTC e-commerce or consumer hardware, preferably in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Strong proficiency in GA4, GTM, and BI dashboards.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
