What you will do

• Operate assembly, PCB cleaning, and baking equipment to complete specified production tasks.
• Perform manual assembly of PCBs and mechanical hardware following SOPs, assembly drawings, and process procedures.
• Apply adhesives and conformal coatings to electronic components.
• Conduct prototype assembly under engineering control and carry out process-related measurements.
• Inspect and rework PCBs and components based on established quality criteria.
• Maintain production documentation and transact work orders using the ERP system.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Carrigaline, Ireland.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in assembly functions.
• Knowledge of IPC7711/IPC7721 and IPC J-Standard and their application.
• Proven track record of commitment to both quality and production goals.
• Ability to perform fine dexterity tasks and work with controlled chemicals.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and effective time management.
