What you will do

• Operate assembly, cleaning, and baking equipment for PCBs and electronic components.
• Perform manual assembly of PCBs and mechanical hardware according to drawings and SOPs.
• Apply adhesives and conformal coatings and conduct prototype assembly under engineering control.
• Carry out process-related measurements and perform routine machine maintenance.
• Inspect and rework PCBs and components based on established quality criteria.
• Complete all production documentation and transact work orders using the ERP system.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Carrigaline, Ireland.
• Preferably 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in assembly functions.
• Proven track record of commitment to quality and production goals.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good time management and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of IPC7711/IPC7721 and IPC J-Standard and their applications.
