Equipment Technician (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Act as tool owner for the installation process and ensure compliance with safety standard milestones.
• Contribute to design and detailing phases of Tool Install (TI) and support funding forecasts.
• Coordinate with suppliers and 3rd party trades to ensure materials and human resources are delivered on time.
• Perform technical troubleshooting using schematics and complex diagrams.
• Ensure all technicians and trades are trained, competent, and comply with SOPs.
• Identify risks to project scope or schedule and lead solution-finding during planning meetings.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Leixlip, Ireland.
• National Framework Qualification (NFQ) Level 6/7 in a technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, biomedical, or medical device manufacturing.
• Proven track record in electronics, equipment troubleshooting, installation, and repair in a regulated environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Knowledge and expertise in process tool equipment.
• Experience managing medium or large-scale projects.
• Previous tool install/deinstall experience.
