What you will do

• Diagnose defects and isolate root causes in components, piece parts, and product sub-assemblies.
• Set up and operate test equipment according to standard procedures.
• Control, document, and process non-conforming materials, including MRB activities.
• Provide technical support for manufacturing and functional testing.
• Help develop new product procedures and implement new test tools with engineering.
• Maintain work-in-process quality, follow ISO procedures, and support quality and client meetings.

Requirements

• Relevant industry experience in hardware debugging or manufacturing support.
• Experience with Linux and various debugging and testing tools.
• Knowledge of Failure Mode Effects Analysis and the Material Review Board process.
• Ability to interpret schematics, bills of materials, assembly documentation, visual aids, and test procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, organization, and collaboration skills.
