Senior Technical Producer (Network Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Define goals, scope, and timelines for Network Automation, Monitoring, and security products in collaboration with Product and Engineering.
• Lead agile rituals including stand-ups, backlog refinements, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Establish and maintain production standards for roadmaps, milestone plans, requirement documents, and risk registers.
• Manage team capacity, identify staffing gaps, and actively mitigate dependencies to unblock progress.
• Coach and develop other producers within the discipline to raise the overall quality bar.
• Track performance and output using metrics on velocity, effort, and team efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management or production.
• Proven track record of guiding multidisciplinary teams of 10+ people.
• Experience delivering large-scale technical projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Must be based in or be able to commute to the Rotterdam office (Hybrid).
• Valid EU work permit is mandatory.
• Strong stakeholder management and coaching skills.
