What you will do

• Review and manage the deployment of all change management tools and processes within the sector.
• Lead and execute the process of embedding required change to ensure business readiness for adoption.
• Formulate standards (best known methods) and coach peers in your field of expertise.
• Participate in strategy setting for change management budget within the overall project budget.
• Ensure integration of change processes and teams as part of larger-scale cross-sector change programs.
• Drive local/sector stakeholder management, performing analysis and coordinating interventions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in organizational psychology, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in project/system/IT related change management.
• Proven experience leading change in complex, international environments.
• Experience coaching senior leaders and mentoring peers.
• Actively build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Communicate complex topics in a clear, structured way.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with tools such as SAP, Power BI, and collaboration platforms.
