What you will do

• Translate system, legal, and business requirements into clear project plans and actionable deliverables.
• Coordinate engineering disciplines to deliver scope on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project timelines and resource plans aligned with gate reviews and the Project Launch Process.
• Drive communication across engineering, non-engineering teams, and customers to ensure alignment.
• Monitor progress, report status, and lead cross-functional problem-solving.
• Support and initiate enhancements in processes, methods, and tools.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in a technical field (Software, Systems, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electronic product development, ideally within the automotive industry.
• Proven project management experience with knowledge of automotive quality standards such as APQP and ASPICE.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities using structured methods such as 8D.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Analytical, proactive, and self-driven mindset.

Nice to have

• Project management certification.
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
