What you will do

• Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of data center and mega projects across the European region.
• Act as the primary technical expert for data center applications, specifically liquid cooling solutions.
• Translate complex customer specifications into viable technical solutions and product configurations.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities between engineering, sales, and operations teams.
• Manage strategic relationships with consultants, contractors, OEMs, and end-users.
• Collaborate with global teams in APMEA and the Americas to leverage international expertise.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or an equivalent technical background (Master's preferred).
• Must be based in or able to work from Eerbeek, The Netherlands.
• Strong professional experience within data center, HVAC, or mega projects environments.
• Proven track record of managing complex, international projects.
• Deep technical expertise in valve systems, fluid systems, and cooling applications.
• Fluent English proficiency.
