What you will do

• Define clear goals, scope, and timelines in collaboration with product managers and engineering leads.
• Lead agile ceremonies including stand-ups, backlog refinements, and retrospectives.
• Drive accountability by tracking milestones, managing dependencies, and mitigating project risks.
• Develop and maintain production standards such as roadmaps, risk registers, and performance metrics.
• Review team capacity and identify staffing needs to ensure efficient delivery.
• Coach and mentor other producers to raise the quality bar across the discipline.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management or production experience leading multidisciplinary teams of 10+ people.
• Valid EU work permit and ability to work in a hybrid setup in Rotterdam.
• Proven track record of shipping complex technical projects using agile or waterfall methodologies.
• Strong affinity for technical projects, ideally within infrastructure, networking, or datacenters.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in coaching and developing team members.
