TL;DR
Python Developer & AI Agents Engineer (AI): Building and optimizing automated AI-powered solutions and intelligent workflows for supply chain compliance with an accent on data engineering, process automation, and LLM integration. Focus on designing scalable agentic workflows, managing ETL/ELT pipelines, and ensuring production-grade reliability through containerization and orchestration.
Location: Hybrid role based in Barcelona or Frankfurt; must be able to commute to the office a couple of times a week.
Salary: €50,000–€60,000

What you will do
- Partner with business teams to identify and scope high-impact automation and AI transformation opportunities.
- Design and deliver end-to-end AI-powered solutions, including intelligent routing and agentic workflows.
- Develop and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines using dbt to support data-driven decision-making.
- Prepare solutions for production deployment using Docker and Kubernetes standards.
- Monitor the performance, safety, and quality of LLM-powered agents running in production.
- Analyze and map complex business processes to identify bottlenecks and drive operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Must have EU citizenship or a valid EU work permit.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
- Proven experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines with dbt.
- Practical experience with LLMs, AI agents, and agentic workflows in production.
- Solid conceptual knowledge of DevOps practices, including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience integrating APIs and webhooks for cross-system automation.
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong process-mapping and optimization mindset.
