What you will do

• Create ML models from scratch or improve existing ones.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, data scientists, and product managers to deploy production models.
• Develop experimentation roadmaps and maintain reproducible experimentation pipelines.
• Monitor and maintain ML models in production to ensure optimal performance.
• Write comprehensive documentation for ML models, processes, and pipelines.
• Research the latest AI/ML developments and propose innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs in production, RAG architecture, and agentic systems.
• Expertise in Python and Docker.
• Solid understanding of standard ML algorithms and underlying mathematics.
• Practical experience with NLP, LLMs, and Recommendation engines.
• Strong software engineering skills to produce well-structured modules.
• English: Strong upper-intermediate level required.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS stack (SageMaker, ECR, EMR, S3, Lambda).
• Practical experience with deep learning models.
• Experience with taxonomies or ontologies.
• Knowledge of ML orchestration pipelines for complicated workflows.
• Proficiency with Spark, Dask, or Great Expectations.
