What you will do

• Develop recruitment strategies and hiring roadmaps for critical roles.
• Build and maintain talent pools and external pipelines for key business areas.
• Perform proactive sourcing using Boolean, X-Ray, and Headhunting techniques.
• Conduct screening and competency-based interviews to assess professional and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles and provide market consultations.
• Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, from initial contact to offer negotiation.

Requirements

• Expertise in end-to-end recruitment and executive search/headhunting.
• Proficiency in advanced sourcing tools including LinkedIn, Boolean, and X-Ray search.
• Proven experience in talent mapping and utilizing recruitment analytics.
• Strong stakeholder management and offer negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze donor companies and market salary trends.
