What you will do

• Partner with C-suite executives and country MDs to advise on talent strategy and market intelligence.
• Manage end-to-end executive searches for VP, Director, and C-suite roles across all markets.
• Design and improve executive search processes and sourcing strategies for the Group.
• Own the Group Preferred Supplier List, including agency selection, negotiation, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with HR and Reward teams to maintain confidential succession pipelines for leadership roles.
• Utilize AI-assisted sourcing and candidate intelligence tools to enhance search quality.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in end-to-end executive recruitment, preferably in an international environment.
• Proven track record of placing VP to C-suite candidates in multi-market settings.
• 5+ years of experience managing relationships with board-level stakeholders.
• Expertise in executive assessment frameworks and leadership profiling tools.
• Ability to translate compensation benchmarks and market data into strategic recommendations.
• Fluent English proficiency; Master's degree in HR, Economics, or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Warsaw or Kraków, Poland.

Nice to have

• In-house executive recruitment experience (2+ years).
• Background in e-commerce, logistics, tech, or retail executive search.
• Existing network of executive contacts across European tech and logistics players.
• Experience managing PSLs across multiple European markets.
• Coach certification or experience with AI market intelligence platforms.
