What you will do

• Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders to define requirements and market strategies.
• Source candidates using Boolean search, networking, and resume databases.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial screening to offer negotiation.
• Coach candidates through the interview process and maintain consistent communication.
• Partner with hiring managers to provide market data and consultative recruitment advice.
• Maintain accurate reporting and ensure compliance with all recruitment standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland or Hungary
• Fluent in French
• Minimum of two years of recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency settings.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and talent acquisition metrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
