What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects, including datacenter builds, migrations, and product rollouts.
• Translate capacity roadmaps into concrete delivery plans and Jira structures.
• Maintain Jira hygiene to provide real-time visibility on project flow, velocity, and cadence.
• Coordinate daily with DC Operations, Network teams, Procurement, and external vendors like Equinix and Digital Realty.
• Identify and remove friction in service handoffs between infrastructure and other operational teams.
• Produce regular reporting on progress, risks, and capacity metrics for leadership and C-suite stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management or production experience in infrastructure delivery.
• Must be authorized to work in the Netherlands and based in or willing to relocate to Rotterdam.
• Strong background in structured methodologies like PRINCE2 or ITIL.
• Physical datacenter fluency, including understanding of racks, power, network topology, and cabling.
• Hands-on experience setting up and maintaining project structures in Jira.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders across various seniority levels.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CDCP, EPI, Cisco/Juniper, CompTIA, Linux, RHEL, or Microsoft.
